I have experienced 2 sides of NIEM, one as a student and one as a senior coordinator. Both my experiences have been the best experiences of my life. As a student, NIEM has given me the biggest platform for getting into the world of brilliant events, and an amazing set of faculty who gave us the right knowledge related to the current scenario of events, be it technical or personality development. As a coordinator I have also been lucky enough to experience the Management side of NIEM, such a well organised management. The management always believed that the faculty and coordinators are all secondary but the students of the college are its first priority. Golden opportunity of experiencing the Paani foundation event where I had met Amir Khan, he had put his hand on my shoulder. After that I have got a golden opportunity to experience India v/s South Africa test match where I manage crowd, F & B & yes regular status of security. After that I have got internship in lotus event & production, there I have managed almost 12-14 wedding events.
