Admission Process For Diploma in Event Management Course
Eligibility
One crucial factor to consider in the Diploma in Event Management course details is eligibility. Our DEM program is an undergraduate program. Candidates are required to have appeared or completed their high school education or equivalent (10+2). Also, a passion for event planning and organization is appreciated.
Syllabus
Our Diploma in Event Management Course offers a vast syllabus ensuring that students learn the ins and outs of the event industry. Subjects include Event Accounts, Special Event Topics, Event Production, Event Marketing, Basics in Event Management, and many more. Additionally, various workshops and guest lectures cover topics such as How to Form Your Own Event Management Company, Planning Weddings and Destination Wedding Events, Sports Management, Set Designing, Anchoring, DJing, Sound and Lighting, Wedding Decor and Production, Presentation Skills, and much more.
Course Duration
The duration of the event management course is an essential factor that needs to be considered equally. NIEM India's event management course spans 11 months, comprising two semesters. Students are immersed in every aspect of event management, with 70% of the curriculum focused on hands-on field training and 30% on theoretical training. Our practical approach during the course equips students for the ever-changing event industry.
Examination
- Theoretical Examination You will have two semester examinations held throughout the year.
- Practical Examination You will have two types of practical examination:
- Inhouse Events (planning and executing five major events)
- Outhouse Events (working on field on live events)
Admission Process
- Online: you can click here to fill the admission form and pay your fees to confirm your admission.
- Offline: you can collect or submit the admission form along with necessary documents and first instalment of the fee at our office between 11 am to 06 pm (Monday to Saturday)
Documents Required for Admission:
Student should submit photocopies with self-attestation of their marksheet of SSC, HSC, Aadhar card (front and back side) and photograph. (if your results are pending, please submit once you receive the same)
